Hi, I’m Kristy! Before moving to Muskegon County, I lived in the Upper Peninsula and helped Sault Ste. Marie promote their Downtown area events and businesses. Our family relocated with the birth of our third child and I found myself a SAHM in an unfamiliar area. I needed a website like this to find things to do!
After attending a few Play & Learns, I wondered why more parents weren’t taking advantage of these free programs to get their kids ready for school, which led me to volunteer, then work, for the Great Start Collaborative’s Muskegon County Parent Coalition (Read Early. Read Often.), and now I’m back to being a volunteer. I’m also a member of MOMS Club of Muskegon, Time Out for Moms, and a Girl Scout Troop Leader!
