Community Choice Credit Union Muskegon (589 E. Ellis Road, Norton Shores, Aug. 5, from 3 to 6 p.m.)
Annual Back to School Fair – August 12 at Robinson Baptist Church, Grand Haven, 6:30-8:00 pm. School supplies for elementary age, games, prizes and treats. All free! Older kids are welcome to join the fun, but there just isn’t much available for school supplies. Suggestions for next year as to what supplies the older kids could use.
Revive Church Backpack Give Back – August 13, 7 – 8:30 PM at Weaver Park, Hesperia.
Supplies for Success Back to School Giveaway – Aug. 14 at Holton UMC.
Backpack and school supply give-away at Montague High School and the Rothbury Village Hall on Tuesday, Aug. 17 from 10 am- 12 pm for Montague students sponsored by Montague Area Public Schools’ Care Team. This coincides with Montague Schools’ food distribution on that day.
Muskegon Flea Market Back-to-School Shopping Event – Aug. 18.
Backpack Blowout Event – Aug. 18, 5:30 – 7:30 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in New Era with dinner, games, and raffle prizes! The first 80 families (with children under the age of 8) will receive a free crockpot, a recipe book & cooking kit!).
Back to School Back Pack Giveaway Aug. 19 at Shoreline Elementary, Whitehall. This year 200 backpacks for Kindergarten through Junior High will be given out to students on from 5pm until 7pm, or until the backpacks are gone.
Manpower Back to School Backpack Giveaway – Aug. 21. Come see us on Saturday August 21st from 11:00am – 1:00pm to get your backpack filled with school supplies! We will have backpacks available at our Muskegon location (5797 S.
